Architecture

The façade is designed as a lightweight envelope with a pre-set structure that creates an accentuating element and thus determines the overall image of the building.

The glazed façade is designed with a minimum of articulation. The cladding is made up of 30% opening windows and 70% thermal insulation panels.

The external pre-stressed structure is made of aluminium arms attached to liaisons and the arms are fitted with embedded LED strips. The pre-set structure starts at the parapet level of the 2nd floor and at the top of the building is extended to the level of the attic of the receding 12th floor.

FAQ

We are the developer, and you rent the apartment directly from us. Therefore, there are no commissions paid to brokers. Additionally, we do not require a deposit; you only pay the first and last month's rent, which is credited towards your final payment upon departure.

Apartments are fully equipped including a kitchenette with appliances, furniture, decorations, bed linen, a set of towels, and kitchenware - basically everything you need. Just bring your personal belongings and you can experience comfortable living right away!

We will welcome our first tenants in summer 2024.

It's 27 minutes by train or 25 minutes by car to the center of Prague. The nearest train station is just a 6-minute walk away. Alternatively, the bus stop is conveniently located near the building. Alternatively, the buses stop right outside the building, offering an 18-minute ride to Metro C
